What a great night. We got things going at about 9pm on EANZ Server B, which we kept full for pretty much all of the next 2 hours. Format was simple, everyone gets a go at each TOW map as each side.

The first map, Ardennes, was along and closely fought battle which ended in a technical win for RS having blown up the Allied(All-C) base up with 30sec to go. The next, Berlin, was likewise a hard fought map, with nobody relenting their home base and thus resulting in a draw.

Then two rounds each of Druck and Flug... Not surprisingly the allies won all four of these maps, making it a commendable two each.

Finally back to Ardennes with RS as allies who pulled of a brilliant attack to destroy the axis bunker and take the map. And it proved the same again on Berlin, although by that stage we had both lost a few players.

So the end result: RS took 5 wins, AC took 2 wins and there was 1 draw. In terms of the objectives taken (how many X's you end at the end of a map (outright win = 5)) both sides interestingly scored 20 objectives, as AC actually held more of the objectives on the first Ardennes when time ran out.

Anyway.. and absolutely excellent game. I totally enjoyed myself and I think all who played did as well. Thanks RS and Horvy for suggesting and organizing this.
